This is so far a quite experimental sandbox of a personal blog revolving around Art, Love and Life. It is still very much under construction, and as far as I can imagine, it will remain that way, in a fairly constant state of flux.
Getting rolling
Fiddling around with WordPress and learning what its possibilities are is all well and good, but the main goal of this site is to document the process of creating Art. I’m envisioning this website as something of a theatrical ‘Black Box’ or ‘Laboratory’; A Space where I can work out and develop some larger pieces, called Summae, that I’ve been thinking through for years now. These pieces each involve more than a few aspects and perspectives, and in fact are more about the relationships between these aspects than about the aspects themselves. I’m not even sure at this time quite how to approach them within this space, but I’ll begin, and as I try to manifest my thoughts and emotions here, my reality, I’m sure I’ll become better at expressing my self.
New Version of Logo
Actually not really happy with this one yet and well into a Third Version already, but still working off this one for that so I’ll post this to show how the logo is developing.
Working on a logo
This is a first shot at a logo for summaeStudio. I’ve already got some further ideas on where to take it, but thought I’d post this so anyone looking in on this site can see the logo’s development.
